Data Processing

 

By performing the services outlined in this document and on our website, Open Box Technology Pty Ltd acts as a Data Processor. In providing these services, we also partner with other Data Processors, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

As a Data Processor, we will:

  • Comply quickly to any written requests by the Data Controller to access, amend or delete any data under the control of the Data Controller
  • Ensure the data is kept secure and notify all parties in the event of a breach
  • Ensure access to the data by staff is minimal and only in the event of absolute necessity
  • Ensure staff are trained on Data Security as appropriate
  • Delete all Data as appropriate upon the cessation of the provision of the service to the Data Controller
