As a Data Processor, we will:
- Comply quickly to any written requests by the Data Controller to access, amend or delete any data under the control of the Data Controller
- Ensure the data is kept secure and notify all parties in the event of a breach
- Ensure access to the data by staff is minimal and only in the event of absolute necessity
- Ensure staff are trained on Data Security as appropriate
- Delete all Data as appropriate upon the cessation of the provision of the service to the Data Controller
